The unemployment rate for people of foreign origin (outside the EU) is significantly higher than the national average in Belgium.

 

In addition, people of foreign origin are overrepresented in low-wage sectors and precarious jobs.

Objective

The program has the following main objectives:

 

    • Facilitate and accelerate participants’ access to employment
    • Increase the knowledge and skills of participants
    • Meet the career guidance needs of participants
    • Put participants in touch with professional reality
    • Transfer the tacit knowledge held by experienced professionals
